Refund policy
- Exchanges: Customers shall be held responsible for the courier fee back to any one of our stores. We shall then be held responsible for the courier fee back to the customers saved address.

Eligibility: Customers may only request a refund within 7 days of the purchase if the product received was incorrect or damaged.

Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support service with your order details and reason for the refund. Please note that all returns are at purchasers cost and will be charged by the company a 5% restocking fee if item returned for no reason. (By law we are allowed up to 25% restocking fee)

Outcome: Approved refunds for incorrect or damaged products will be processed promptly. For other reasons, refunds will be issued as store credit and may not receive money back.
